Morocco procures ECA driving simulators

To improve the driving skills of it’s personnel, the Moroccan Defense Administration has procured six EF-Car Motion and eight EF-Trucks simulators from ECA GROUP.

ECA Group was chosen by Morocco for its ability to provide affordable, safe and ‘high quality and immersive driving training’.

Light and heavy vehicles driving simulators will be installed at the Moroccan defense administration’s training centres.

The simulators will be used by Moroccan defence’s trainees and new recruits to learn how to drive as well as enable them receive their driving licences.

The company revealed that it has been providing driving training solutions to the Moroccan Defense Administration for the past ten years.

According to ECA, it simulators “offer realistic training environments at both individual and unit level. Providing operational flexibility, ECA Group systems can be networked and used in combined training scenarios. ECA Group simulation significantly improves operator and crew skills and capabilities, and eliminates the risk to personnel and equipment, thus providing invaluable training at reduced costs.”

The company’s EF-Car Motion and EF-Truck simulators are designed to help the trainees familiarise themselves with local road traffic regulations and signage.
